What the contract covers
Every Hartshorne Marine delivery is carried out under this yacht delivery contract. It sets out the condition your vessel must be in before departure (in commission and ready for sea, with an operational autopilot, serviced machinery and rigging, offshore safety equipment and full insurance), and what Hartshorne Marine provides: the captain and crew, their travel to and from the vessel, and victuals, charts and publications for the voyage. It also covers delays, the deposit and retainer, payment, and loss or damage. Please read it before booking. Hartshorne Marine is bound once the vessel is ready, the documents are signed and the deposit has been paid.
